Partner Program Terms and Conditions

1.Definitions

  • Partner Program: A program allowing businesses to refer services from our agency in exchange for a commission.
  • Partner: A company (self-employed, limited company, partnership, or corporation) joining the Partner Program, recommending our services to its clients or potential clients.
  • Services: WordPress website design, website maintenance, and web consulting services, including CRM system implementations and marketing and sales automation. Hosting services are excluded.


2.Terms for Joining the Program

  • The Program is open to all businesses, regardless of industry.
  • Joining the Program is free of charge.
  • Membership lasts for 1 year, with the option to extend for another year if the Partner has been actively involved in referrals during the year.
  • Lack of activity for a year may result in the non-renewal of membership.
  • The Partner submits a potential client by sending their details, along with the client’s consent for contact from Lemon On Neon, via email to cs@lon.com.pl.


3.Commission Rate

  • The Partner receives a 20% commission from the first invoice issued to a client referred by them.
  • For every subsequent invoice, the Partner receives a 10% commission.
  • If the Partner is actively involved in securing a new order from the same client, the commission is 20%.


4.Commission Payment

  • The commission is paid to the Partner within 14 days of the client’s payment, after receiving the Partner’s invoice with the bank account details for the payment.
  • The invoice should be issued in the same month in which the end client received an invoice from Lemon On Neon.
  • If the Partner fails to issue the invoice by the 5th day of the following month in which the commission should have been invoiced, the commission is cancelled, and the Partner loses the right to receive it.


5.Duration and Renewal of Membership

  • The Partner joins the Program for one year, with the possibility of renewal for another year if the activity requirement is met.
  • If the Partner does not engage in any referral activity during the year, the agency reserves the right not to renew the membership.
